microbiome data by allowing a stacked barplot to be constructed
using a guiding taxonomic or phylogenetic hierarchy. The
package provides a strategy for collapsing and expanding the
hierarchy to different levels of resolution and then for
interactively &quot;painting&quot; the stacked barplot by placing the
mouse over different subtrees. This makes it possible to
interactively test different color palettes at different
resolution and identify taxonomic groups with interesting
variation before settling on a final stacked barplot. One
advantage of the approach is that multiple levels of taxonomic
resolution can be compared at once within the same view.</description><link>https://github.com/r-universe/bioc/actions/runs/37448932238</link><pubDate>Tue, 05 May 2026 04:35:50 GMT</pubDate><r:package>phylobar</r:package><r:version>0.99.12</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://bioc.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/bioc/phylobar</r:upstream><r:article><r:source>getting_started.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>getting_started.html</r:filename><r:title>Getting Started</r:title><r:created>2026-02-23 17:13:37</r:created><r:modified>2026-04-09 19:57:09</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>taxonomies.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>taxonomies.html</r:filename><r:title>Building Trees from Taxonomies</r:title><r:created>2025-10-04 00:12:52</r:created><r:modified>2026-04-26 19:29:38</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>customizing_files.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>customizing_files.html</r:filename><r:title>Customizing Style in phylobar</r:title><r:created>2025-10-08 19:42:54</r:created><r:modified>2026-04-07 16:45:38</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>exporting.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>exporting.html</r:filename><r:title>Exporting to Vector Graphics Format</r:title><r:created>2025-09-17 23:29:43</r:created><r:modified>2026-04-07 16:45:38</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>global_patterns.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>global_patterns.html</r:filename><r:title>Working with phyloseq and TreeSummarizedExperiment versions of the Global Patterns Dataset</r:title><r:created>2025-09-13 17:11:18</r:created><r:modified>2026-04-07 16:45:38</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>atlas.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>atlas.html</r:filename><r:title>Tipping Points in the Atlas 1006 Dataset</r:title><r:created>2025-09-12 02:30:09</r:created><r:modified>2026-04-07 16:45:38</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>diet_analysis.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>diet_analysis.html</r:filename><r:title>Differences in the Community Composition due to Diet</r:title><r:created>2025-09-12 01:54:54</r:created><r:modified>2026-04-07 16:45:38</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>hfhs.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>hfhs.html</r:filename><r:title>The effect of a high-fat high-sugar (HFHS) diet on the mouse microbiome</r:title><r:created>2025-09-12 15:05:16</r:created><r:modified>2026-04-23 21:32:52</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>covid_immunology.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>covid_immunology.html</r:filename><r:title>Cell-type Hierarchy Informs COVID-19 Immunology</r:title><r:created>2025-10-12 02:37:17</r:created><r:modified>2026-04-23 21:57:52</r:modified></r:article></item></channel></rss>
